The Citroën C-Métisse is a concept car produced by the French car manufacturer. It was first introduced in 2006 at the Paris Autoshow. The reason Citroen felt the need to produce such an amazing car was to show how a hybrid can have the same performance as a gasoline or diesel powered car. Although, showing off their design expertise in this manner, must have been a consideration too!
The car can use front wheel, rear wheel and all wheel drive depending on situation. Lets hope they decide to build it!
Engine: 2.7 l V6 diesel with 208 hp (155 kW) on the front axle and two electric wheel motors by TM4 Electrodynamic systems with 20 hp (15 kW) on the rear axle
0–100 km/h: 6.2 s
Top speed: 250 km/h (155 mph)
Fuel consumption: 6.5 litres per 100 kilometres (43 mpg-imp; 36 mpg-US)
